[2.71b] Ruptured Ear Drums

In the patch notes it stated that Ear Ruptures were made to be less detrimental.
Prior to this patch, healing the injury would allow you to hear 100% fine.
After the patch, healing the injuries leaves you with -1 HP and a like... 80% chance to not hear entire lines of dialogues from.. just about everyone.
I feel like getting yourself patched should alleviate the symptoms. Not keep the worst part of it for the better part of an IRL hour.
