I sent a private application to K Peculier for permissions and clarifications for a character's backstory and how to make a quirk and height work.  It was discussed with K Peculier and approved by him, and he requested that I post here as well so others could be aware that a application proccess did indeed happen, even if out of public. He has my thanks for giving some time of his day to walk with me.
