Death touch doesnt use SWA. All youkai invokes are purely based on elemental attack.
Youkai Evokes do elemental attack + (2.5%per level) of itself.
This means Deathtouch is checking both ice and dark attack values and separately enhancing both without a split. This is the only dual scaling youkai spell of it's type so perhaps the problem is in the way youkai evokes interact with value checks and not the damage formula itself.
