Well, at the moment it's all Glancing Blows have in their favor so maybe not. But I find that a fair point, at least on a few selected effects (like the second, and the third examples), but not all of them.

I'm even in favor of Glancing Blows nullifying stuff like Fleur. Or hell, even, if it's going to stay this strong I'd reduce a little more the damage reduction like I mentioned in another post, for a lazy fix. (30-40% reduction, from what it is rn.)
