I've once had thoughts about someone like Matsuri being the 'ultimate boss' in a fashion similar to the Persona games. You know, like how you fight Margaret or Elizabeth. And how she'd probably have special reactions to some things in particular.

pink could fit that role too i suppose, if any of these people are supposed to be able to fight, probably an okay idea for the future

maybe the tower's final boss....
