There's really no point in having a level cap raise. And no, there shouldn't be a grindable softcap to leveling. It would feel horrible because you would never feel like you finished leveling.

I seriously would rather keep level 60 as a cap forever, because there's absolutely 0 need to raise it, other than people desiring powercreep for the sake of powercreep.
