Bard is on my list. It might be its own stand-alone class or a new base class. It doesn't make a -ton- of sense for it to be a promoted class of one of the existing bases.

I can see (Dark) Bard as a Rogue Promotion, mixing between buffs, debuffs and tunes that sound like three guitars hugging a running engine to the background of cats being thrown into a blender. Gambling addiction sold separately.
