I think the main point of the OP is to have 'Dormeho Clinics' for Alchemy, Cooking, Woodwork, Blacksmithing and Enchanting.

(Maybe the Cooking one can be for Risu, and your food becomes what she sells on a special shop? Tho you don't gain a damn from it but EXP because... well... Risu.)
