Some iteration of this would be a nice quality-of-life update (most likely the scroll-over would be the best option to avoid rewriting how existing things appear given the circumstance; although could the scroll-over for the Scaled Stat be displayed on the outcome of the Investment Points as well as normally present Stat? I think that made sense. . .). +1
