yeah seems fair.

I mean my arbalest build gets 130% crit with -15 crit evade to enemies before I even get off an attrait or use a dark water vial.


the only thing I could get behind for Black knight changes would be attaching their crit evade to their blackwind gimmick

Change it to 30% base crit evade, and buff it to 60% crit evade on a blackwind turn.
