Already tested it in NPC Bandits, Arena groups, PvP 2x2 fights (Against non-Kaelensia)
I've double clicked them all to check after 'Blind' debuff, but, it's only being applied at the main target and not at the subsequent enemies around in a circle or whatever the AoE's shape/range. (The light damage procs on all foes in the AoE range as expected, the blind inflict part is what's borked.)
