I had it happen just last night respawning at the Vale in particular

If you can give me specific circumstances/dungeons/respawn points where it always happens, I can look into it.

So far, the only places where I've noticed this happening is when I respawn at either the Vale or Meiaquar's Inn.
I can try to see if I can replicate any other location so far, but as of now, those two places result in a black screen (for the most part; Strangely, visual effects such as the sun setting will still show, which will add a slightly orange hue.)

I'll add to this as I uncover more spots, but those two are the ones I've noticed it happen so far whenever I do get KOd

I'll try messing with it sometime later today or tomorrow then. Maybe it's something to do with how maps can have different lighting and stuff based on their entrance, and it's not setting that properly?
