A) 80% SAN 30% WIL - I agrees on this or the scaling it has at the moment. I don't think the scaling is really the problem with it.
It getting spell edge would be helpful. I'd suggest the plants duration to just increase a bit instead to make up for it than give it a Aposemagika/Vine pull effect.
It already has a uniqueness to it as is. It just needs a little more push is all.
