I second this. But specially on the fact that any amount of cooldown would mess up Rabbit foot which is already terrible as is, and to put a cooldown on leap would mean you'd have to rework *that* as well.

And that's already a whole 'nother can of carrots.

I think a charge clause could do it good honestly, ending jump closer to someone than you were before or else it goes on cooldown sounds like a good idea imo
