Excel splash at rank 1 makes it deal 100% SWA and 100% water attack damage. Rank 2 ignores evasion and doubles the scalings. Rank 3 makes it a 5 tile wide 6 range wave with 400/400 scaling and pushes back everything in it's wake. It remains 1 momentum to use.

hee hee hee have firespitters explode even when not in melee range as long as they're in target range of the AoE. but only like 14% of the time
