Many abilities in the game unintentionally hit one tile further than their tooltip and the targeting indicator suggest.  These skills/spells are almost always line attacking projectiles, and I've gone through the effort of compiling a list of every instance I could find in the game.  Below are three tables: one with abilities that extend one tile further than intended, one with abilities that work correctly even though they use a similar targeting indicator, and one with abilities that are unknown -- that is to say, they use a similar targeting indicator, but the ability tooltip does not specify the range they should hit.

There are a lot of things I couldn't test, so please respond with any additional abilities I miss in this thread.  Most notably, the gaps in my testing extended to racial abilities, elemental impacts, item abilities, weapon potentials, consumable items, and some Youkai.

Abilities With Phantom Range:
