Can Guardian Spirit, the trait, give us the youkai at our Level or something?

I cry everytime when I have to respec and need to entirely regrind them.

Reason: I cry less.

You can lock traits now to prevent this, since I did ask about it a little while ago, holding shift and then clicking on a trait will lock it, and respeccing won't immediately get rid of it.
