The sub poisons for the Wyvern traits seem to still not apply. Atleast Clumsy doesn't apply at all, so I figure the others don't either, but didn't test that.

I tested Confuse, and it worked when I tried it on a Jammer, it just didn't work when I inflicted myself with the poison.
Though I'm unsure if it's intentional or not for the sub-statuses to not apply when you self-inflict the poison.

It's just Fatigue that's bugged. Also, you won't inflict substatuses on yourself.
Fatigue has been corrected.
