The new trait 'Preacher' can't seem to be bought, even when you meet the requirements. The trait remains in the 'Locked' tab.
This was tested on a Wyverntouched with a 100 loyalty to Helondis, as well as a human with a 100 loyalty to Zera, from which the screenshot was provided. The menu is tabbed into the 'Locked' section.
