Heron Feather's effect, under a bit of testing against Strangle, does not appear to work.

When tested with Black Bubble and Drown, it seems to work correctly. This is likely more Strangle's fault than the item's.

It does, however, seem to also have issues with 1 duration silences. Nightflower weapons can still silence people with Heron feathers, which sounds like a bug since the description has no minimum duration stated.

This should be corrected.

If it doesn't work on 1 duration silences then more details will be required, but I recommend waiting until after the update to test.
