Bai Kai prayer buff does not apply it's FP reduction to Invite Insanity and Aposemagika, despite those both being staple illusion spells for papilions, is it possible they could?

Technically Invite Insanity is considered a skill, but I agree it makes sense for Aposemagicka to benefit.

Bai Kai's prayer buff states that it effects skills/spells, there shouldn't be anything wrong with it applying to invite insanity as well.
