That's very odd. Does this consistently happen with 0 damage on vampiric weapons? Would it be possible to see if it happens when you're hitting 0 without triggering Devotion?

It happened when attacking someone with Body of isesip as well.

This may deserve it's own thread. The way I figure it's still calculating the damage it (would have) dealt and gives you the HP regardless (in this specific instance, not relating this to the main topic).

Well, for Body of Isesip, this should be corrected.

Don't forget Cobra. It still applies the heal on them, even if doing 'nada' damage.
