Hello there,

Basically the issue is as follows (thanks Sir Red Riding Hood for the 'unwilling image')


As you can see, the Status Effects information falls off the screen. Now you can scroll down, yes. But once you stop hovering over the name of the effect the scrollbar disappears again so it's not really too viable.

It would be great that, as with item tooltips, you could scale the window by going to its edges and dragging them around. However for some dastardly reason this is not possible for this window.

All I gotta say, to be honest.
