Aberration Spear is doing 50% physical Lightning ATK, not 50% magic Lightning ATK. (Probably happening the same on the other weapons that also use elemental ATK on-hit damage.)
Tested by trying to check it with Bloody Palms; Claret Call inflicted, Hunted wasn't inflicted.

This seems more like a typo to me. Also, 50% of the 10 damage it lists or where are you getting that from?
