Long story short, when you are installed with a youkai, Energy Transfer can restore your own focus. Not sure if intended but this just SOUNDS broken as fuck to me.

It can target anything that counts as a Youkai, but being able to use it on yourself still sounds like an oversight.
Common sense and game balance (Hi Meditate, Hi Power-Up) says that this isn't purposeful.

Its quite fair as there are other ways to restore even more FP than Energy Transfer, I'd say just leave it where it is, I've never seen it be abused to unbearable levels, also giving use to yet another one of those (previously) useless skills.
