(2.73d) Drop the Distorted Beat

Currently, if you have Distorted Beat equipped as a Dark Bard, anyone in range of your songs are smacked with Darkness Hype and Kickback damage.
Use a cantus of consideration on you and your allies but enemies are nearby?
Those enemies get Kickback Damage + Darkness Hype.
Use a Performer Song whilst also a darkbard? Enemies get kickback damage + actual damage + darkness hype.
Use Detonation Rift on an enemy? They just took 20 extra damage (unavoidable)
