I thought this was posted already, and if it is, I couldn't find it, so:

Summary:

When your character has the Quiet Person trait, your whispers have a zero radius of being heard.

      Details and how to replicate the bug:

• Have a character with the trait Quiet Person.
  
  
• Whisper with the whisper command.
  
  
• Have another character without the trait Keen Hearing on a tile next to yours.
  
  
• Check in with the other player.
  

The first two images are from the other player's point of view, while the most global one is from mine.

PD: I am not aware if this happens to everyone, but it does seem to happen a lot with my character.
