Painproof seems to work at one rank below its suggested efficiency, at rank 1 its 20% instead of 30%

Its also a multiplier maybe? Or it has diminishing returns? It didn't seem to just add.

Every +DEF% and +RES% increasing effect was changed a while back to stack multiplicatively with DEF or RES, meaning at 50% DEF a 50% Painproof would be an additional 25% DR, and not raise you to 100% in both.

I am saying the status effect is one rank below what it says, not that it feels weaker.
