It appears that Youkai are gaining the skills "Motivate (Charisma)" and "Exaggerate" from somewhere, I believe it to be the youkai summoner's traits somehow, but here is some evidence:

A thing to add to this, they also have Play Cute if the summoner has the trait.

It seems overall traits the user has are affecting youkais. My youkai was able to proc Ruled by emotions as well.

Unsure if they were memes as I have no Mechanation Summoners to test. But there was word of Youkai using Agile Accel as well. Will update this post if this turns out to be true.
