Exactly as described in the chat there. Vampire-series seeds can heal people even with 0 HP that aren't living. Presumably because they act as if they hit, checked the HP Value of what they hit, saw it was at zero, assumed the spell took them to zero, then committed healing anyway.

Considering i'm sure i'm the only active person to use these things, I'll just report here since I found it a while (see: a week or so ago) back but never got to it. Have fun.

This still exists as of v2.31b oddly enough. Can't really tell you much more. It hits someone with 0 HP, and it still heals.
