This effect does not account for usual multi-hit gun stipulations that players have, and, as a result, can allow players to use multi-shot guns to deal 140% of their Dark Attack per bullet. With 2 attacks per turn and Quickdraws, this is 14 bullets -- 1,960% of your Dark Attack.
