Bug Description:
Heart of Stone's item effect is that: 'Charm Effects Caused to you and by you have no effect'.
The forest boss Alraune has a passive which has a chance to inflict Charm while within 1 range of it.
For some reason, this passive can circumvent Heart of Stone's item effect, making the item useless in a pve scenario against Alraune.
That's all.
