It's possible to turn around with the 'End turn' command, if you toggle off 'Auto-end turn' in your settings. This probably wasn't intended, with the change to turning a while back.
If you happen to have a 1 momentum skill, and you're left with 1 momentum, you can use it to turn around for only 1 momentum.
