All equipment I wear that uses my UL for any reason takes my level as 1, Despite being 54. Amulet of Leviathan, For example, Heals 2fp and hp per kill. I have no idea why. My character name is Armurhan. - I haven't played in almost a year and returning most of my newly aquired loot does not function.

UL refers to the Item's 'Level' which is the combined amount of Smith Upgrades. E.g. If you give that Leviathan Amulet +5 Greed and +5 Fortune, it'll have a UL of 10.
