This is a pretty simple thing. Some bugs with the UI happen when you're in a party and open up the Win Quotes you can get your icons replaces by a friend's who is also using the interface in your party. You'll see both overlap. I can repeat this indefinitely, but I asked ooc to test and it was silent. So I dunno if it happens to others or on other keys. But it happens for both people in the UI

Could you be a bit more detailed? Maybe a step by step on how you can reproduce it?

Just... join a party. When you open your battle quote interface it'll be normal. If your friend in the party also opens it though their FI for their win quote, and the text for it, will become overlayed with yours, making it an unreadable mess.
