When two people have the same place in a fishing contest, the game will output a new message, putting the person who most recently caught a fish in the higher place.
I'm not sure if this output message actually changes the person's place, but it should be looked into.

In cases of ties, the more recent catch will overtake the old. Not really a bug.

It kind of turns the contest into a dance of who catches the last random fish before the contest ends, but marking as solved.
