Stillness, Darkness seems to be setting the passive HP recovery to 0. (That one is with Tenacity [+3 HP regen])
I'd ask it to be 'minimum 1' if that's intended, because people can easily metagame a vampire by just looking at their passive end-round regeneration.

Rather than change the 'minimum', I changed the text display to not show if your recovered HP is 0 or less, which is how it should have been to begin with.
