I don't really have a screenshot, because nothing is happening.

I'm double-clicking on the green arrow, and nothing is changing. In addition, all the skills seem to be slightly out of sync with their position on the GUI.

1) This is a bug report and should be in the beta bugs forum.
2) Without a screenshot or some details there's nothing I can do.
