Devotion's 3rd talent rank states that when enchanting something with "Blessed" or "Exorcist" catalysts, you gain +2 skill level for those enchants only, however with Devotion at rank 5, enchantment at rank 3 and my enchanting skill itself is 1, the skill level does not increase to 4
