Longdraw + Gust Arrows with a 3 range bow.. does not give the intended range.
In fact, it only gives 2 extra range. That probably isn't how it should happen.

This is because Ambidexterity uses your offhand weapon for your range, but not the attack. Maybe.

If your offhand weapon is a bow or a gun, then that's probably intended.
You'll have to provide more details. In fact, a lot of bug reports recently are lacking critical details.
