Damage nerfs aside, can knockback be adjusted at least?

My Madchop has only hit like 150 at best at minimal HP (with 55 base STR, which isn't bad, like 76 or so after full boost), I don't see the need for a nerf just because of a couple of extremely specific combos that make it far more powerful than it would be with its typical user. Would it make it balanced for them? Maybe. For everyone else? RIP Madchop. An indirect nerf would be better than a direct one in this case.

In regards to adjusting the knockback.

The knockback is absolutely insane, and makes it a chore for anyone not running spiked treads trying to get damage off on someone, especially if they're at low health, maybe the knockback should be based on missing HP% instead, or halved.
