The Initiative buff from the Preparation talent seems to overwrite the effects of Boots of Initiative entirely.

I.E. if you have rank 1 Preparation, you'll just have 1 round of Initiative as opposed to the two the Boots would give.

Item effects will now take place after talent effects, so you'll get the Boots taking priority over Preparation now.
