Currently Skill Cards don't seem to be accounting for all of your skill slots; as far as I can tell, it doesn't seem to be accounting for GUI skill slots in particular. (I had to remove 11 skills at 55 scaled GUI to put on an Aux Skill card)

System: Your skill pool is already full.

This message will appear even without a full skill pool.

Edit: It seems that this might just be 25 ~ 26 skill slots being the cap before it stops you instead of GUI?
