Screenshot shows for the above, the Lone Swordswoman attacked the ice tyrant, it moved one tile from me and inflicted freeze on me cause of ice blood, I went to use Isendo since I presume it didn't target specifically since it was a AoE circle, but it ignored the ice tyrant on cast despite being in range of it, so I used struggle afterwards.

Isendo was targeting enemies and not tiles. Since this was a little inconsistent since it claims to target a 'location', I've fixed this in 2.74.
