Basically a trait that reduces elemental attack gained from all sources, but increases the actual bonuses from the stats themselves

A polar opposite of luminary element where instead of being good at one element to an extreme level, instead you are horrible at every form elemental magic.
You could have 40 strength, it only counts as 10 fire attack, but your strength would count as 50 comparatively.

I like this, as long as it's not insane towards SKI or CEL.

I'm not tossing out numbers because I'm not sure the best way to balance it.
Option A, it increases what the stats do by a %
Option B it removes Diminishing returns.
