Detailed Care doesn't apply its bonus to Phoenix, unless this is intentional, then please disregard.

Indeed it's not supposed to. Only Curate and Priest skills specifically; doesn't extend to other promoted classes of Curate.

Detailed Care doesn't apply when you, the possessor of the skill, are the target.

Then I think it might be applying to my Graft when it shouldn't, since when I heal myself with Graft, I do 232 total healing power.
