Re: Blink Targetting - Joseph Jostar - 05-07-2017

When choosing the target location for Mage's Blink spell, double-clicking a location will not change the targeted tile, instead confirming (and teleporting you to) whichever tile the blue highlight is currently on.

Re: Re: Blink Targetting - Neus - 05-07-2017

Does targeting ever behave the way you're describing?

Re: Re: Blink Targetting - Soapy - 05-07-2017

Movement does. I've made this mistake a few times myself because of that.

Re: Re: Blink Targetting - Joseph Jostar - 05-08-2017

Tested it with Black Bubble, Lion's Roar, Nerhaven, Talvyd, Hanging, Sear, and Ryemei. The same behavior seems to apply whenever there's a 'blue highlight' that you can move (and white squares to move it around on), but it won't allow you to target an invalid tile this way.

Re: Re: Blink Targetting - Neus - 05-11-2017

What I mean is that double click is probably universally going to be the 'accept' command when targeting with a skill, so why would this be a bug?

Re: Re: Blink Targetting - Joseph Jostar - 05-11-2017

I'd assumed it was also the intent that clicking would change the targeted area, THEN accept with the second click, the same way that movement works currently. If that's not the case, then consider this a suggestion topic instead.
