Kensei is finally balanced [Katana Master bug] - Snake - 04-27-2017 Katana Master is not granting the additional (+10) Power, tested with Hakouhen and Raijin, the Scaled Weapon Attack didn't change. So it's either not functional, or the granted power is not showing on the Character Info page. One of those two, but mostly the first guess, in my opinion.
