Magic Gunner's Lucky Shell LV is not decreasing at all after a Lucky Fortune proc. Perhaps it was not changed at all after nerf or it reversed itself.

I'd like to mention that the main issue is that the Lucky Fortune's level is the one being halved, not Lucky Shell, which is what Lucky Fortune's percentage goes off of.
