Shine Knights Area of Field - Raigen.Convict - 03-15-2017 Shine Knights blinding aura is taking effect globally it seems as confirmed by players in a team-fight. Someone with 60 SKI 50 LUC had like 4% on someone without CEL or LUC because their Auras stack on top of each other, resulting in around -120 Hit. The moment they're in the field, all enemies will be affected by their aura, regardless of their position, be it within or beyond 3 range of them.
